Hurghada Diving & Snorkeling Trip Review: Incisland Adventure

So, you know, if you are thinking of booking a trip to Hurghada, Egypt, possibly, you will look at things to do, and pretty much everyone says going snorkeling or trying some diving in the Red Sea is really high up there. I wanted to put together this somewhat personal but hopefully rather useful review, actually, of what one of those “luxury” trips is truly like, like the Hurghada Diving & Snorkeling Incislandlunchdrinks deal. Is it really as cool as it seems? We are going to, arguably, uncover if it’s worth your hard-earned vacation time and money, and what you might expect on your travels.

Setting Sail from Hurghada

Usually, you see those tour company folks with the vans are, well, there early. They pick you up right from your hotel. Typically, I always get a little stressed that they might overlook me. Usually, everything moves smoothly enough, yet still has this particular “Egypt time” feel. That is, just slightly unpredictable. When we arrived at the marina, now, it was certainly bustling. There was tons of boats gearing up, that it’s almost like waiting for the starting signal. Once onboard our boat – it was really more, in some respects, of a fancy yacht than a fishing boat – right away you notice how there is really much space, which I thought was something I surely did enjoy. Instead of all sitting, nearly, on top of each other like sardines, actually, you have space to stretch out, or you can bask in the sunshine. The crew greets you as though you were one of the family, providing everyone has some drinks while you sail to your destination.

Diving into the Red Sea’s Depths

For the qualified divers amongst the group, the Red Sea is really, really quite well-known as a spot for memorable memories and, I mean, you know, truly wonderful photo opportunities. So, actually, this trip to Incisland includes, basically, stops at multiple diving locations which are teeming, I think, is the expression with sea life. What really does make the Red Sea stand out are the, in a way, amazingly clear waters with visibility extending seemingly just forever. The corals come in any color conceivable. And also you get to observe reef sharks, and sea turtles too it’s almost and other gorgeous species going about their day-to-day lives, too it’s almost without noticing us. For those who haven’t got a PADI license, that you can also snorkel instead – which, actually, is pretty spectacular, even near the surface. One or two, arguably, on our tour tried diving for the very first time under some very safe supervision by some qualified instructors, which for some people could possibly be described, as pretty epic, really!

Snorkeling in Crystal Waters

If taking the plunge, and so, I suppose, diving is just a bit intimidating, just know you might enjoy the heck out of snorkeling around Incisland. Now, it is basically, in some respects, floating above these super vivid coral gardens, too it’s almost. Also, with literally tons of colorful fish, is so meditative, honestly, you practically forget any cares whatsoever. Incisland provides shallower reefs, anyway, making them rather terrific spots, at least, for snorkelers of all abilities. Kids, the not so confident, everyone. Seriously, so, with the sunlight piercing via the calm sea, arguably, seeing the schools, possibly, of fish darting all around you produces these memorable, I mean, you know, moments. You could just relax in the clear blue water. It seems everything does slow down just a touch, or at least everything is more still. The aquatic life doesn’t notice you. The colors. You almost forget the existence of time, I think.

The Incisland Lunch Experience

One aspect that sets this journey, maybe, away from a bunch of the more traditional options is really the “luxury” part, anyway, and that means lunch on board can be really very wonderful. After each snorkeling and scuba session is completed and has whet your hunger, it’s a delightful thought the crew is already working to serve a super tasty meal. So, generally, think like, right, barbecued seafood, I mean, salads that have many different kinds of dressings, not to mention all the conventional Egyptian fare. Everything looks fresher. Also, with better quality as compared to a great many of those usual buffet things you find, even for resort hotels. Seriously, the outdoor meal over clear blue seas, with just the sound of the water, makes this, pretty, really perfect, you are, almost certainly, dining with million-dollar views at that time. You’d almost certainly Instagram it to create lots of jealousy between pals!

Incisland Relaxation and Sunbathing

When you have had that yummy food, so, it is only correct and proper, you spend just a little time relaxing. The boat cruises to, maybe, a relaxed portion close to Incisland – a smaller, basically, a totally undeveloped island. You could unwind on the deckchairs. So, just basking, perhaps, within the warmth, arguably, or choose to wander through the pure, practically snow-white, beach that surrounds this small, perhaps perfect bit of peace. In fact, this down-time could actually be exactly what you needed, when you consider those early begins and so much swimming! This is probably, really, a truly great time, truly, to, sort of, appreciate the peacefulness associated with the Red Sea, really.
