It’s really maybe a 2-3 kilometer jaunt one way, so that’s very doable for most people. What I usually do is use it as that kind of way to, in a way, warm up before getting to, like, the relaxing part of my spa day, or, like, as a way to kinda work off that tasty Croatian food afterwards. The trails around there tend to be pretty well-marked, yet, so, look for signs pointing towards the monument, or, like, even ask a local, or something – they’re mostly friendly and helpful.

Now, it’s not super challenging in terms of steepness, too it’s almost all mostly that, you know, gentle uphill climbs and flat sections, yet there can be, like, a few spots that might get your heart rate up, if that makes sense. Wear some sturdy shoes. Also, take water with you, and if you are one of those people who loves snacks, grab one of those, as I was saying, before you go. When you reach the monument, alright, you’ll be rewarded with that kind of open space and a pretty cool view of, like, the surrounding countryside.

So, wear some comfortable hiking shoes that, right, are suitable for varied terrains because sometimes, okay, the path will be dirt, and other times, maybe it will have those loose rocks. Next thing that I know, alright, layers of clothes help a lot.
