Prague Castle, this gigantic hilltop fortress that sort of dominates the city’s skyline, it is something you just have to see when you’re planning a trip to the Czech capital. Now, going it alone sounds adventurous and all, but believe you me, doing the “Prague Castle Small Group Tour with Local Guide Admission” very, very likely made my trip. So, yeah, I’m here to tell you all about it.

Why a Small Group Tour is Better, Actually

Okay, first things first, why bother with a small group thingy at all? It’s quite simple, that is, a castle that big gets awfully crowded, that, as a matter of fact, very quickly. Our guide, her name now, so it was Eva, really was just great, honestly. So it’s not just about listing off dates and names (although she knew all that, too); she truly brought the history alive. Eva, you see, now so she grew up in Prague and she it’s almost had, like, a personal connection to the castle. The funny stories, and a bit insightful bits of info she sprinkled throughout really helped paint this picture of, not just what happened, so it was, but also what it would be like to live it. That very, very much makes all the difference.

Inside the Castle Walls: What We Saw, Actually

St. Vitus Cathedral, you see, very, very likely stole the show; yet, so, so let me say now. So it is this grand, breathtaking cathedral that you just can’t help but stare at for, oh, just a long while. The stained glass, the architecture, and this overall scale of things is something. Then, then, there was the Old Royal Palace. Seeing the place that Czech kings ruled from for centuries? Really amazing.

Don’t Overlook Golden Lane, Definitely

Golden Lane, this quaint little street, that, so it’s crammed with tiny homes and is now one that’s quite charming that it’s really is now very easily missed when you’re so overwhelmed by all of the larger buildings; yet, so too it’s almost that you should take the time to actually stroll through it. It’s not just so picturesque, and I honestly believe so; but these homes had quite the history, so, basically, too. Franz Kafka, very much now this celebrated author, actually, very much too he even lived in one of these houses for a bit! Our guide, you see, she really highlighted its charm and, you see, very, very much added to our appreciation for, I suppose, such a distinctive little street, basically, now really.

Photo Ops Galore: Keeping Your Camera Ready, Indeed

Seriously now, I honestly think that there really are photo ops all around Prague Castle. You may start with grand cathedral views and then all the way down to charming little details around every corner, and that, I think now really that it will give anyone who’s a photo taking fanatic plenty to actually fill their camera roll. I now think it’s something to behold to see, if not to have seen it yourself. The vistas over Prague from the castle grounds they’re something else now; I’m actually saying to you now, you actually should take some time to just soak it all up, so to speak.

The Best Time to Visit, Possibly

Prague, honestly it’s known, now you see, for its tourist crowds, now to be quite honest, now, actually, so, really. Visiting early in the morning or, very much like late in the afternoon will help you dodge at least some of the throng; and, yet, so, basically too so that helps make the most of this experience on a smaller tour; I really, literally think this could, now so make such a difference in how you experience it. I now am starting to feel for this experience.

What to Wear, Like, Comfort is Key, Right?

Comfortable shoes? Very important! This tour actually involves a lot of walking, so really wear, very, very, now so you’ll be doing your feet such a solid favor and all, just to tell you to go out of your way so to do this. Layers also really are now so helpful, actually. The weather in Prague, now, you see now so it can be fairly unpredictable, so, now I see that that is, so you should now be prepared for changes in the weather too. The other places where I’ve travelled haven’t had this, but now this does.

Other Things I Believe you Should now Bring with You

Now here are a couple of things to keep in mind! Remember your camera so that you can then, in short, at least, take these amazing memories back home and such! Carry water along too! Staying hydrated keeps you in the mood so that you can then carry along! Having the tickets on your phone saves the waste of paper in which you then don’t have to now so lose and is what I mean, in the same way, and it might have so helped me back then too.

To be honest now so, it really, truly, was awesome to have a personal experience, and to have learned from the person who does now know best, basically. Being on my vacation is probably a one-in-a-lifetime experience which needs the tour that best complements what will now so stand out. In Prague, the Small Group Tour has it all; skipping lines, learning culture, or simply snapping cool pictures!

So, yeah, if you’re heading to Prague and fancy seeing Prague Castle, that, this little group thing with the local guide, now you really might think about doing so; it makes the entire difference!
