Oh yeah, try to check the feeding times. To be honest, watching those whale sharks eat is something else entirely! Actually, the show is quite informative, and you might find that you gain some insight to the creatures.

A Glimpse into the Past at Ryukyu Village

Next up, Ryukyu Village. Anyway, this stop takes you back to Okinawa’s past, arguably giving you a bit of a change of pace after all the modern aquarium vibes.

There is this recreated village, you know? It kind of brings to life what it seemed like way back when the Ryukyu Kingdom thrived. You can actually stroll around buildings. With that said, it depends on clear weather; your photos could look like gold if that’s the case.

For the most part, this spot is more of a quick stop. If I am being frank, there aren’t really activities to do besides just looking and taking a short stroll, yet, it is very nice for just breathing in that fresh sea breeze and seeing all of that water. Typically, it provides a welcome moment just to stop and maybe stretch your legs a bit during your tour.

The Ups and Downs of the Bus Tour

Clearly, doing a bus tour sure makes things a whole lot easier in Okinawa, alright? I mean, so you can sidestep the stress of renting a ride and self-driving; that may give a visitor a pause, anyway. Especially when, you know, driving conditions and navigation aren’t really too known. This allows visitors to lay back, observe, and soak everything in.

The drawback to these tours just might be that, really, you’re sort of on a schedule. You won’t find yourself in a place too long, arguably cutting time short. To be honest, you don’t always have enough time at each spot. You kind of might just wish for another hour at the aquarium, or maybe at Ryukyu Village, that is great!

Oh yeah, another factor might just be the crowds. That’s very true. Famous attractions, like Churaumi, are commonly very crowded. Let’s say your photographs need to be slightly creative just to sidestep those people.
