First off, the vibe. EaDo, is that right, it’s a neat spot. It’s almost like a mix of old Houston and the new stuff popping up, very. The buildings, they can be rather cool. The street art, that you spot everywhere, makes it just so awesome for strolling. Meeting the tour guide was really super straightforward, basically right at the meeting spot they told us. This person knew a lot of info. This person seemed super excited to show off their district to everybody. As I was saying, the group was really just a mixed bunch, like locals, plus some visitors.

The tour hits about five spots. That might seem alright to you. From what I can tell, it’s enough to get a great flavor of EaDo, actually. You start, could be, with some Texas barbecue. That brisket? Arguably some of the finest you could put in your mouth. Next spot, you, is a Vietnamese place. This place is truly a game changer. It gives an excellent insight into Houston’s huge, vibrant, multicultural eating scene, sort of. And guess what? Each location provided a little story about itself. It gave some background on its owners, or it told us all where they got their culinary ideas from, very.
