You could stop at the very top where, arguably, there are some old bunkers left over from the war – interesting and a little bit spooky, actually!

Lang Co Bay: A Seaside Gem, Truly Wonderful

So, after descending the Hai Van Pass, we made a stop at Lang Co Bay. I have to tell you, that, is a stunning stretch of coastline! With its white sand, you know, turquoise water, this area, frankly, is just begging for a photo shoot. I took a walk on the beach, dipped my toes in the water (it was very refreshing!), and just, like, enjoyed the peaceful vibes. Some folks, they have lunch at one of the seafood restaurants there, I wanted to get going. I was just a little too eager to reach Hue!

Optional Stops: Making it Your Own, Definitely

The really, extremely great thing about a private car, it’s the chance to add in other stops along the way, arguably. My driver suggested a few other places, for example, the Elephant Springs, where you can take a dip in some natural pools, still, I was keen on getting to Hue so I skipped that. You might want to consider visiting them if you’ve got the time and, basically, feel like doing it. It’s completely, utterly your call!

Arrival in Hue: The Imperial City, Like Something Out of a Movie!

Okay, so the final stretch, it was from Lang Co Bay to Hue. As we approached the city, it’s almost like you could feel the history. You could smell the smoke in the air and that. I was dropped off right at my hotel. You know, after thanking my driver and saying goodbye, I was ready to explore the former imperial capital.
