Easy Access Tower of London & Tower Bridge: Review

Tower of London

So, you are thinking about visiting the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and, too it’s almost, you’re curious about just how manageable they are to explore if easy access is something you need? Actually, I went to both sites recently, and very, very, I wanted to share all the stuff I learned, so too it’s almost, you know what to expect. By the way, my focus here is, just a little, on ease of getting around for individuals who have mobility issues, use wheelchairs, or simply prefer less strenuous routes.

Planning Your Visit: What to Consider

Planning a trip

Actually, before heading out, anyway, think about the time of year, is that right? That tends to be seriously important. The summer can get really packed, I mean literally shoulder-to-shoulder crowds, as a matter of fact, which can be challenging when you, like your, trying to move around with any type of mobility aid. By the way, weekdays are usually a bit calmer than weekends, or, very, if you have that option. So, also, too it’s almost, purchasing tickets online ahead of time can save you a bit of queuing. As I was saying, check both the Tower of London and Tower Bridge websites for current accessibility information, alright?

Anyway, about actually getting there, actually the Tower of London has a few accessible entrances, by the way, or at least, it does that tend to be signed pretty well. You’ll probably find that the main entrance has steps, so actually just head to the side to look for the ramped or step-free access point, ok? That actually really makes a difference right away. Literally, for Tower Bridge, anyway, there’s, kind of, a lift (elevator for us Americans) available to take you up to the walkways. Seriously, it might be useful to actually confirm its operational status on their site before you go, just in case.

Tower of London: Access Inside the Walls

For instance, the Tower of London has cobbled surfaces in many areas, I mean, right? So, too it’s almost, just to be candid, those can be pretty tricky. By the way, the staff there, so to speak the Yeoman Warders, anyway are really great and very, very willing to suggest, you know like, alternate routes or help you find the lifts. I mean that, actually they tend to have a wealth of information and honestly, can point you towards which sections might be trickier to navigate.

In fact, the Jewel House, or, very, where the Crown Jewels are kept, is a must-see, so, is that right? By the way, it does, at the end of the day, get quite crowded, you know like. In a way, the viewing platform rotates you past the jewels, pretty much, so too it’s almost, everyone gets a view. At the end of the day, just note that at peak times, to be honest, the queuing can be quite long and might be difficult for those unable to stand for extended periods. Ok?

And by the way, think about the White Tower. Basically, inside there’s, honestly, a lift to all floors, which I think is truly excellent, honestly making it easy to, you know like, see everything inside. So, the displays are arranged really well, and by the way, I believe it’s completely a really manageable space, anyway for wheelchairs and those with mobility issues, and stuff.

Tower Bridge: Walking the High-Level Walkways

The walkways are very, very popular spots, honestly, I’m just being straight, so anyway, let’s not sugarcoat it. I mean right? By the way, actually getting up there involves lifts from the base of each tower. More or less, once you, like your, up there, you’ll see it is quite straightforward to get around on the walkways themselves; more or less the surfaces are smooth and even, so actually you can move quite freely, I think. Ok?

At the end of the day, it is easy to enjoy some breathtaking views of London all along the Thames as a matter of fact! Seriously, the glass floor sections might not be for everyone though so anyway just be aware of this! As a matter of fact, you’ll notice they do provide an alternative solid floor route around that area for anyone who might feel, honestly uneasy walking on the glass surface at the end of the day!

On top of that, inside the bridge’s Victorian Engine Rooms, just to be honest there’s lift access, which I really dig. It tends to be nice to explore this piece of history with so much, seemingly no steps to, at the end of the day think about. Literally it all contributes to a great visitor, actually honest speaking, experience as far as i can tell.

Sensory Considerations: Noise and Crowds

Crowded place

Or, very, something you, like your, must think about, anyway is that the Tower of London and Tower Bridge actually get noisy and actually often become super crowded, more or less particularly during peak tourist seasons, honestly you see? Literally for some individuals, literally this might, well, tend to get pretty overwhelming; to be honest with you! Basically, if, anyway, you find yourself sensitive to loud noises, honestly you do? To be honest with you; it’s a pretty good idea honestly that to, well tend to wear noise-cancelling headphones to be honest with you!

For example; actually visiting, for example early in the morning basically or really late in the afternoon might assist as a matter of fact that with evading the main rush as I was saying! At the end of the day that provides as I was saying an opportunity actually, actually if only; anyway to encounter those destinations; well anyway within a a lot more and, really, in reality a relatively relaxed setting anyway for real!.

Travel tips

Anyway, before you even get there, so you understand that pre-booking tickets really is one that can help and in reality has been know to truly give an almost easier overall adventure if anything. Well right? So and like; at the end of the day actually doing it has a pretty solid effect. Seriously honestly consider doing that!

Seriously anyway you have been and I bet actually as much any human really want something pretty awesome that I have experienced in real life, at the end of the day you want and should be able to literally you take breaks and also rests and pauses anyway if and I bet if anyway and for some reason are or truly are or you honestly start to get tired in short!. Like this; you would probably then be better off!.

Just being transparent anyway think of what your body is even really just telling you, actually with honest regard; seriously; and just remember; right and basically its been literally for almost 90 years in honest in the end; really and completely seriously being that way anyway you might start to just, right I mean really consider it alright.
