So, you’re thinking of checking out both Shibuya Sky and that Harry Potter tour while in Tokyo? That’s very awesome! I can tell you a bit more about it. These two attractions, you see, provide wildly different experiences, and it’s very important to plan well so that you’ll actually get the most out of them. Shibuya Sky: Above it All

First off, Shibuya Sky is, like, all about seeing Tokyo from above. Situated right on top of the Shibuya Scramble Square building, so it gives you unbelievable panoramic views of the city. Very, very impressive! The whole thing isn’t just about views, though. There’s, too, a super stylish vibe to the whole place. You’ll find that they’ve got these, very clever photo spots, very interesting light shows, and, too, even comfy places where you can just chill and soak it all in. It does get extremely packed, though, very particularly around sunset, so you might just need to show up early or possibly book a specific time slot to make sure you get in without a ton of waiting.

What’s Good?

The incredible views? Certainly a top reason to go. And it’s not just some average look out, it’s really high up and incredibly immersive, almost like you’re floating right above Tokyo.

They also have, basically, awesome photo ops: Places like the “Sky Edge” which very definitely helps you take the most striking shots. If you’re into that, and tons of people are, it’s worth the entry fee. Very nice, too, are those comfy areas where you can, too, chill. Finding a seat where you can properly appreciate the skyline and relax for a while. Nice!

Keep in Mind…

Expect crowds; because it is a popular place. So you, like your trip will be smoother if you are pre-booked.

Weather does influence everything. The very awesome experience might, anyway, be reduced on rainy days. The roof will be closed in times like that.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter

Very different from seeing Tokyo from above, now the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo basically brings you into the magical locations of Harry Potter. It’s set up as a gigantic interactive exhibit. You could say that is completely dedicated to those films. In that place there will be original sets, interesting costumes, props and all sorts of behind the scene stories on, basically, how the movies got done. Obviously, if you’re at least kind of into Harry Potter (or know anything), this place, frankly, is awesome.

This place will, literally, takes a few hours to get through; actually, people could easily lose themselves for three or four hours. Obviously, if you actually wanna stop at the exhibits, check out all of those props, and try the interactive things such as spell-casting lessons. In fact, make time for Butterbeer; it is a thing people often say they liked doing.

What’s Good?

Total Immersion; The tour has actual sets such as the Great Hall and Diagon Alley. It just kind of transports you directly into the very magical world of those books and flicks. Even if your memory of details are, kind of, hazy you know it feels authentic and awesome.

Props and costumes really make things. Very awesome is to get closer and seeing all details on clothing and the stuff, the artistry which will be amazing whether or not it is your hobby.

Interactive things mean: You may just find it nice getting some of those experiences, to feel more like, you actually take place in stories.

Keep in Mind…

It is essential that you book your, like, advance reservations since entrance tickets often sell out pretty rapidly, especially throughout periods when, for example, the visitor counts usually goes very high. You can only do walk ins there sometimes and it’s usually by, virtually, waiting until very close to time you wish to.

Its quite a way from central Tokyo, too it’s almost an hour. Factor it if, alright, getting between other destination places matter so much as that in getting things timed up.

Logistics: Tickets, Access, and Timing

Okay, getting into both places, so it takes at least some strategizing, you probably could get into things more easier. I think Shibuya Sky lets book ahead. The studio can have spots vanish weeks out!

Shibuya Sky; to just kinda show you some things- Book way up to kinda make sure things flow easier particularly at sunset when the light changes, so its great for shots. A daytime peek is great too; or possibly do either as its better if views show nice and clear; weather changes how that may look to your eyes a little.

Studio, as you find, Harry Potter may show its not always there waiting; usually spots need being reserved, like, literally at earliest ability of; they always go fast because all peoples, such as you wanna see those; getting trains there takes around hour so make all this kinda syncs to any travels.

Making a Day of It: Suggested Itineraries

Very interesting so how can these kinda play in one days thing doing. Maybe; go do either when being separate, but lets just touch upon.

Starting Shibuya; Go earlier when the light and views start making themselves and watch streets all kinda busy from there! When you feel right; jump to tour.

Do the Harry; Go see its props during days; tour when its day so things seem like when lights outside look to do its tour. Tour has to wait since travel involved which gets it later days but possibly makes some rest and peace and stuff.

Maybe its much more cooler to actually just keep them split different journeys instead. Each offers much, all in a, maybe to, rushed day feels kind like less fun as its suppose, and you skip something on both.

Skies has; coffee up with sights all for your looking on at- not all like fancy things, kind of but gets by good just quick when look whats outs.

Studios too offers, and its always harry themed kinds thing! It maybe not tastes for foodie peeps around yet makes things proper. So try and get some!

Always snacks can find; shop any 7/11 store gets eats real very cheaper all while still keeping going seeing place sights for these. So bring thems too or whatever, keep, at the end of the day, bellies kinda satisfied. In addition that really means always go with stores from areas for authentic eating!
