I personally felt rather present and related. That is, linked to everything that makes up those distinct plates.
Tasting Achievement: Devouring Our Creations
You see, all that effort resulted in gold, now, it’s the feasting event. As a class we actually all gathered around that set table to celebrate that labor, all ready to savor the dishes we’d created with our own hands. From light and refreshing spring rolls, all the way to richly flavored Pho or Bun Cha, that food we tasted shined, because we’re basically all involved in its preparation.
That’s all amazing, anyway, but beyond simply just taste was now a chance to relate stories. We could discuss cooking tips and basically revel together in experiencing those different accomplishments. And I, for one, now appreciated what exactly makes Vietnamese food delicious. A beautiful combination. I tasted: the flavors, that are delicate, using very ingredients and prepared to give a healthy cuisine.

When it was all said and done, I left that class, with more than only just that extremely full tummy. I am now, in a way, filled up on culture.
