So, you’re not just, in a way, strolling, like your wading, swimming, and using ropes to move through parts of the canyon with running water. Seriously. Be careful about electronics; so you, pretty much, want a waterproof bag for phones, cameras, etc., basically. Even then, that’s not a full guarentee. Basically, you are climbing up stream, in a way. The rocks can be a little slippery, which means that, to be honest, you need decent footwear (no sandals).

The best part is, like your that feeling, of standing under the waterfall, so that sheer power of nature right on top of you. As a matter of fact, the water can be kinda chilly, you know, depending on the time of year, yet once you get going, as a matter of fact, you will get over it soon. By the way, the whole thing probably takes two to three hours, depending on your pace and that, so basically it’s the perfect amount of adventure.

Food, Guides, and What is Basically Included

It is that the tour I was on included lunch, like your typical buffet-style setup with Jordanian stuff, pretty delicious. If that’s that tour you’re eyeballing doesn’t have meals sorted, you, in a way, probably have to factor in time to find food. As I was saying, tour guides? That depends. At the Amman spots, they kinda gave you some basic info at each location. Seriously, for Wadi Mujib, there, too it’s almost, are park rangers around, more or less, but they don’t, I mean, really guide you as such, by the way, its almost like they’re there to see if you are doing okay.

Also, consider these items, too it’s almost, when you compare your tours, like your is that transportation door to door, so it’s almost from your Amman hotel? How much of the entrance tickets are basically paid for? Are towels available for the Dead Sea swim? Making sure these pieces are covered tends to make it the whole trip so much smoother and delightful, that one of a kind.

Was the Tour Worth The Money?

As I was saying, was it worth it, pretty much in my eyes, definitely! I mean, seriously. Very especially, you’re tight on time or not keen on renting a car and self-driving, well then that, it could be a very convenient approach. Look, organizing the things independently – basically transport to Wadi Mujib, Dead Sea access – can amount to as much if you factor everything together. I would say if you want an in-depth exploration and not short peeks, so this might not seem quite right for you. On a day tour, there’s not a large period of time at each spot.
